- CHECK BATTERY AND CHARGING. DIES AFTER SITTING A WHILE
- Test battery for current condition. Note Actual CCA or CA specification. Check alternator charging. Note test results. Attach results print out if needed.
- Testing has Identified alternator needing to be replaced. Disconnect battery. Remove belts and accessories and alternator. Remove and Replace the alternator assembly. Recheck for proper charging operation.
- Disassemble any shields or power steering return hose hold downs. Remove and replace the power steering return hose assembly. Reassemble all other components. Fill the power steering with manufacturer specified fluid. Recheck the power steering system for leaks.
- Disassemble any shields or power steering pressure hose hold downs. Remove and replace the high pressure power steering hose assembly. Reassemble all other components. Fill the power steering with manufacturer specified fluid. Recheck the power steering system for leaks.
