- INSTALL CUSTOMER SUPPLIED FRONT LEVELING KIT ALIGNMENT
- Separate the upper control arm lower ball joint as needed and unbolt the lower control arm assembly. Reassemble with new upper control arm as well as new bushings and upper ball joint assemblies if needed. Reassemble all other related components.
- Disassemble the front suspension. Remove and install front lower ball joint(s). Reassemble all related components.
- Disassemble the front steering to access the inner tie rod end. Remove and replace the inner tie rod end. Reassemble all related components. Recheck for proper operation.
- Remove and replace the front suspension leveling keys with the new customer supplied torsion bar keys. Adjust the front suspension to the customer requested height.
- Place vehicle on alignment rack, attach equipment, measure caster, camber and toe. Compare to vehicle specifications. Set and adjust all approved alignment angles with allowable specifications.
